A Construction Supervisor from 16th Floor of a Building was calling a Worker on Ground Floor.

Because of noice,

the Worker

did not Hear his Call.

To draw Attention,

the Supervisor threw a 10 Rupee Note

in Front of Worker.

He picked up the Note, put it in His Pocket &

Continued to Work.

Again to Draw Attention m.Supervisor now threw 500 Rupee Note & the Worker did the same,

Now the Supervisor picked a small Stone & threw on the Worker.

The Stone hit the Worker.

This time the Worker looked Up &

the Supervisor Communicated with Him.

"பழுத்த காதல்”

வயதான பெரியவர் ஒருவர் காலை 8.30 மணிக்கு என் மருத்துவமனைக்கு வந்திருந்தார். அவர் மணி பார்ப்பதும் பிறகு அவர் கையில் இருக்கும் டோக்கனையும் அடிக்கடி பார்த்து கொண்டே இருந்தார்.

நோயாளிகள் ஒவ்வொருவராக பார்த்தபின் அவர் டோக்கன் எடுத்து கொண்டு உள்ளே வந்தார்.என்ன பெரியவரே ஏதாவது அவசர வேலை இருக்கா அடிக்கடி மணி பார்த்துகிட்டே இருக்கீங்க என்றேன்.ஆமாம் டாக்டர் என் மனைவிக்கு நான் போய் தான் சாப்பாடு குடுக்கனும் என்றார்.

ஏன் அவங்களுக்கு உடம்பு சுகம் இல்லையா என்று கேட்டேன்.ஆமாம் டாக்டர் கடந்த மூன்று வருடமா அவளுக்கு நியாபக மறதி வந்து விட்டது.என்னையே கடந்த மூன்று வருடமா அவளுக்கு யார் என்று தெரிவதில்லை என்றார்.

கடந்த மூன்று வருடமா உங்களை யாருன்னே தெரியாமலே அவங்களுக்கு நீங்க தான் சாப்பாடு கொடுக்கறீங்களா...என்று கேட்டேன்.

நியாபக மறதி நோய் அவளுக்கு தான் டாக்டர்.

”என்னை யார் என்று அவளுக்குத்தான் தெரியாது, ஆனால் எனக்கு அவள் யார் என்ன உறவு என்பது நன்றாக தெரியும் என்றார்.”

அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தை என் கண்களை கலங்க செய்து விட்டது.இது தான் உன்மையன பாசம் .சீக்கிரம் அவருக்கு சிகிச்சை அளித்து வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தேன்.

மகன் : அப்பா நா ஒரு கேள்வி கேட்கவா ?

தந்தை : கண்டிப்பா.. என்ன கேளு..?

மகன் : 1 மணி நேரத்திற்கு எவ்ளோ சம்பாரிப்பிங்க ?

தந்தை : அது உனக்கு தேவை இல்லாத விஷயம், நீ எதுக்கு இது எல்லாம் கேக்குறே ?

மகன் : சும்மா தெரிஞ்சிக்கத்தான் சொல்லுப்பா

தந்தை : "உனக்கு தெரிஞ்சே ஆகணும்னா சொல்றேன் மணிக்கு 100 ரூபாய் சம்பாரிப்பேன்
மகன் : "ஓ (தலைகுனிந்தவாறே) அப்பா நா அதுல 50 ருபாய் எடுத்துக்கவா?"
தந்தைக்கு கோபம் வந்தது ...
தந்தை : "நீ இவளோ பணம் கேக்குறது ஒரு நாய் பொம்மையை வாங்கி விளையாடத்தானே ??
ஒழுங்கா போய் படுத்து தூங்கு நான் இங்க உங்களுக்காக நாய்போல
உழைக்குறேன்..."

அந்த சின்னப்பையன் அமைதியா அவன்
படுக்கைக்கு சென்று படுத்துக்கொண்டா¬ன் ..
அவன் தந்தை மகனின்
கேள்விகளை எண்ணி மிகுந்த கோபம் அடைந்திருந்தார். 1 மணிநேரம் சாந்தம் அடைந்து யோசித்தார் மகன் ஏன் இப்படி கேள்வி கேட்டானென்று ..
ஒருவேளை அவனுக்கு நிஜமாகவே ஏதோ அவசிய தேவை இருந்தால் என்ன செய்வதென்று முடிவுக்கு வந்து மகனிடம் சென்றார் ..

 கோவில் யானை ஒன்று நன்றாகக் குளித்துவிட்டு நெற்றியில் பட்டை தீட்டிக் கொண்டு சுத்தமாக வந்து கொண்டிருந்தது.

ஒரு ஒடுக்கமான பாலத்தில் அது வரும் போது எதிரே சேற்றில் குளித்துவிட்டு ஒரு பன்றி, வாலை ஆட்டிக் கொண்டே வந்தது.

யானை ஒரு ஓரத்தில் ஒதுங்கி நின்று அதற்கு வழி விட்டது.

அந்தப் பன்றி, எதிரே இருந்த இன்னொரு பன்றியிடம், "பார்த்தாயா, அந்த யானை என்னைக் கண்டு பயந்து விட்டது!" என்று சொல்லிச் சிரித்தது.

அந்த யானையைப் பார்த்து இன்னொரு யானை, "அப்படியா, நீ பயந்து விட்டாயா?" என்று கேட்டது.

அதற்குக் கோவில் யானை கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு பதில் சொன்னது:

"நான் தவறி இடறி விட்டால் பன்றி நசுங்கி விடும். மேலும் நான் சுத்தமாக இருக்கிறேன். பன்றியின் சேறு என் மேல் விழுந்து நானும் அசுத்தமாகி விடுவேன். இந்தக் காரணங்களால், நான் ஒதுங்கிக் கொண்டேன்."

ஒரு வருடம் முடிந்து விட்டது எல்லாரும் தொட்டிகளை முதலாளியிடம் காட்டுவதற்காக எடுத்து வந்தார்கள்.வாசு தன் மனைவியிடம் காலி தொட்டியை நான் எடுத்து போகமாட்டேன் என்று சொன்னான்.அவன் மனைவி அவனை சமாதானப்படுத்தி நீங்கள் ஒரு வருடம் முழுக்க உங்கள் முதலாளி சொன்ன மாதிரி செய்தீர்கள்.செடி வளராததற்கு நீங்கள் வருந்த வேண்டியதில்லை .நேர்மையாக நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள் தொட்டியை எடுத்து சென்று முதலாளியிடம் காட்டுங்கள் என்றாள்.

“Then why don’t you stay longer at sea and catch even more?” The businessman was astonished.
“This is enough to feed my whole family,” the fisherman said.
The businessman then asked, “So, what do you do for the rest of the day?”
The fisherman replied, “Well, I usually wake up early in the morning, go out to sea and catch a few fish, then go back and play with my kids. In the afternoon, I take a nap with my wife, and evening comes, I join my buddies in the village for a drink — we play guitar, sing and dance throughout the night.”

The businessman offered a suggestion to the fisherman. “I am a PhD in business management. I could help you to become a more successful person. From now on, you should spend more time at sea and try to catch as many fish as possible. When you have saved enough money, you could buy a bigger boat and catch even more fish. Soon you will be able to afford to buy more boats, set up your own company, your own production plant for canned food and distribution network. By then, you will have moved out of this village and to Sao Paulo, where you can set up HQ to manage your other branches.”

The fisherman continues, “And after that?”
The businessman laughs heartily, “After that, you can live like a king in your own house, and when the time is right, you can go public and float your shares in the Stock Exchange, and you will be rich.”
The fisherman asks, “And after that?”
The businessman says, “After that, you can finally retire, you can move to a house by the fishing village, wake up early in the morning, catch a few fish, then return home to play with kids, have a nice afternoon nap with your wife, and when evening comes, you can join your buddies for a drink, play the guitar, sing and dance throughout the night!”
The fisherman was puzzled, “Isn’t that what I am doing now?”

Tears of joy

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.

He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house.
However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.

She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large
glass of milk He drank it slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you?""You don't owe me anything," she replied "Mother has taught us never to accept payment for a kindness."

He said... "Then I thank you from my heart."
As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt; stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit. Years later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation.
When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her.

He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation
room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case. After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.

He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally, she looked, and something caught her attention on the side as she read these
words......
